    I was referred to Brock by a friend I served with. It’s great to have a vet as an agent, especially one as knowledgeable as Brock. He is very experienced with real estate, home ownership, profiting from property, and even building.Brock drove all the way up from San Antonio multiple times to check out houses with me. We looked at about 7 houses on one of the days. It was slim pickings trying to get close to Austin, but we found a good pick and snatched it up before anyone even noticed it was on the market.I used a VA loan and thanks to Brock’s help I ended up coming out with a nice house with very few issues and $0 out of pocket.     Brock was great at helping us find a home. It was a roller coaster dealing with sellers refusing to fix stuff, not wanting a hard close date, or their agents being difficult to work with, and having to back out of two contracts for above reasons. He was flexible with our schedule and went out with us in the pouring rain a few times. He coordinated home inspections, plumbing inspections, and with the lender. He was patient and provided good feedback through the process. Highly recommend!
