My realtor is amazing ! She’s THE BEST out there. Buying a house is stressful at times and she never gave up on me even when I gave up on yourself. She stayed positive and very motivational. Brittnee assisted my best friend with her home buying process and boy was she amazing at her job. My friend was completely blown away at the ease of the transaction. My friend went in with the idea of purchasing a pre existing home thinking a new build was out of the question. I must say Brittnee educated her and found her a homesite for fresh new build. The home is complete and my friend is in her new home!!

Brittnee is absolutely wonderful to work with!!! She’s very personable but is also very professional and knowledgeable. SHE LISTENS!!!!! She helped me stay focused and not become too overwhelmed throughout the process. Buying and selling a home is stressful, but Brittnee kept me very level headed. She also assisted with helping find loan officers for financing. She has a whole team that is eager and excited to help. There was NEVER any pressure to make quick decisions. She always emphasized exploring all of my options to determine what is best for me. Even though I decided to put my home selling and buying on hold to build more savings, I will DEFINITELY be working with her when I’m ready to start the process again. She’s not just building a business & brand, she’s building lasting RELATIONSHIPS. Love her!!!

So I wanted to give my review of my realtor, Brittnee Thornton. It took us a just a bit to get connected but when we did she was fantastic from the very beginning. This is not hyperbole or over exaggeration. I found myself in a very tight unexpected situation where I had a very short period of time to try to make a decision about where I was living.So when we did our intake, she was an excellent listener, very engaging, very personable, very patient, very knowledgeable and then she got to work.
