We are in the process of downsizing from a 4-bedroom family home to a townhouse. We raised our 3 children in this house, but they have since grown and moved on, so its back to just me and husband again, with a house that was too big and a pool that we rarely used. Brittany was invaluable in our search, and ultimately in the selection of a home that will work for us. She did have to give a little push though, when she said that the place we were viewing hit all the buttons that we wanted. Long story short, she held our hands, when needed and was always available, no matter the time. She was always very forthright, genuine, professional, and courteous. We cannot say enough good about her. She made sure that items identified with sellers property were taken care of. We are definitely planning on using her to sell our current home, as soon as we finish downsizing and moving to our new Casita.

I feel very fortunate to have found Brittany Burns and to have engaged her as my realtor on the buy side. I am fairly experienced with real estate, having been a small time real estate investor and owner of several properties over the years so I can be picky and do not accept anything less than knowledgeable real estate professionals. This transaction was tough in that I was selling my home in CA and trying to find a home in TX that I could move into somewhat seamlessly. I wanted to do a contingency offer on a TX home in a tough market where those just werent being accepted. I was also looking for a special property in a particular area - Friendswood. I wanted a half acre or more of land in an area where not many homes are on the market due to being a fairly small town. Brittany is a true professional and exceeded all expectations. It was a challenging journey, but she got it done and advocated for my family incredibly well. Brittany listened and understood what my family was looking for. She literally found us that needle in a haystack home. A seemingly impossible find and we needed to find something in a short window of time. We ended up getting a contingency offer accepted on the perfect TX home in the area we wanted and closed in exactly the time frame we envisioned. I honestly cant say that things could have worked out better. To top things off, Brittany provided referrals to every professional we needed to make the home our own. Being new to the area, this was very important to us. All connections she helped make for us were top notch. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and cannot recommend Brittany more than I am here. Thanks a million - you are the best!
