My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Kara for our new build buy! We were in Fort Worth looking to buy in Georgetown and Kara was SO helpful with making the distance a nonissue! Bristol and Kayla did an amazing job selling our home! We were making a big move to Alaska, and with all that is involved moving 3,000 miles from where you live, selling our home was the easy part. They were responsive to our questions, even though most were just anxiety filled/needing reassurance type questions… 😊 They sold our home in three days, $50,000 over asking price! They stayed involved with the whole process, even by sending comparable homes to the appraiser. I never felt like a number. They treated us like good friends/family through the whole process. Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and gave us the calm needed during the selling process. Thank you Bristol and Kayla!!!!!

My husband and I worked with Kennie in the Bristol Palin real estate team.Kennie Bender is a ROCKSTAR! She was always a text away and returned all of our inquires within minutes. We met Kennie at an open house 1 week after we arrived from out of state. She was very cheerful and kind and she made an excellent impression on us at the open house. After working with a few realtors with lack luster results; this would be our 4th home purchase, and we had a good idea of what a good realtor was, we decided to call Kennie to see if she can help us find our new home in New Braunfels. Together we visited several homes multiple times. We had a long list of requirements for our price range and it appeared perhaps we may need to lower our expectations. Kennie was very sure we would find the home we would be happy in and she was very encouraging. She discovered a home in the same neighborhood where we were just out bid. We got a showing and after revisiting the top 3 other homes and decided to go for it. She shepherded us through the buying process, answered all of our questions and ultimately got us into our dream home in Texas! Kayla Cossaboom of Bristol Palin Team has recently helped my husband and I on leasing a phenomenal property. With so much competition in the market right now we were hopeless on finding somewhere to move. We worked with several other realtors but none of them were as helpful and “ON IT” like Kayla Cossaboom! She was very responsive, was able to answer or get answers to anything we asked immediately. We stated what we were looking for and what we were not willing to deal with and she delivered just that without the goose chase.
