We first met Brigitte when we called on a piece of property in Lampasas. She was listed as the realtor on the sign we were interested in. We initially spoke to her and she let us know that the particular property was sold, however, she went on to tell us about other properties that were listed in the same area. We didn’t know Brigitte, but she spent over 30 minutes just chatting about buying land, etc. We asked if she would represent us on the land that we had found based on what she showed us. She graciously offered and we ended up winning the bid on the land! We were so impressed by her, that we asked if she would be willing to sell our house for us, and she did. And we received an amazing offer! She was wonderful throughout the entire process. Answered countless texts and phone calls from a very nervous seller, LOL. We couldn’t have done it without her. You are very lucky to have such a caring, hard-working realtor on your team! We will be using Brigitte for future land purchases, and have given her name to friends of ours as well. We are so grateful to have had her through this process
