First time home buying experience can be really stressful but with Lesli as our buyers agent, the experience was smooth and successful. From our very first meeting in 2021, Lesli impressed us with her in-depth knowledge of the local market and their genuine interest in finding a house that fit our needs and budget. She was incredibly patient with us as we explored different neighborhoods around Plano, Alan, Frisco, Lewisville and Coppell. She never pressured us to make a decision and always provided us with clear and timely information. We especially appreciated her expertise in valuation and comparative analysis. Any realtor will nudge potential buyer to pay extra to close the deal however with our best interest in her heart Lesli always cautioned us not to pay unsustainable level of premiums and I really appreciate this honesty (which also saved us a lot of $$). Bottom line: Briggs Freeman Sothebys found us a great house lickety-split and negotiated a great purchase deal. Three years later, they broke their necks to coordinate repairs, staging and showings to get us an offer within days of listing from a committed buyer at a very good price. Added bonus--theyre a delight to work with. Time is money, and Faisal and Bill ensured we didnt waste time on either transaction, nor did we overpay to get in or leave anything on the table going out. Perfect.Faisal Halum, Bill Churchill, and the Briggs Freeman team were an incredible asset to us from the first moment we met. Within two hours of our first telephone contact with him, Faisal had an agent showing us houses. Bill Churchill was instrumental in conducting all aspects of the pre-purchase inspections and processing. After the closing, the Briggs Freeman remained in touch, and continued to advise us and make Dallas connections. When we moved to sell our house three years later, Faisal and Bill swiftly evaluated the home and the market, coming in with the precise number that allowed us to earn the maximum sale, yet still have a solid offer within days of listing. Buying a house is a stressful experience and being a first time buyer is even more stressful. However, the first time we talked to Maureen about our needs, she put us at ease. As we were not from Texas and had vague requirements for our house, she was kind enough to give us a tour of the various different communities and houses in Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Prosper and Celina. Over time this helped solidify our actual needs. Maureen was extremely professional and had great knowledge of the local neighborhoods and communities.Cami is awesome! She has a contagious smile, gives tight warm hugs and has a very pleasant personality. All the time we spent with Cami it felt as if we are going out for house hunting with a friend. Often we noticed other agents waiting outside the house with their clients to get access to the house, but with Cami it felt as if we had priority pass, she always came prepared and took us right in. Cami knows when to provide guidance and when to let the clients make their own decisions without influencing them. Cant forget the beautiful flowers that she brought for us when we landed in Texas for the first time. Thankful for everything that you have done for us Cami, you are the best!Thank you Cami and Maureen, although it took more than a year to finalize our house, we are glad that you were with us from booking to closing.

Ted Bangs is exceptional. The amount of care he puts into his work (on both buy and sell side) shows in all that he does. And, he is incredibly knowledgeable and flexible. To illustrate, we have now bought two houses with Ted. For both, Ted knew everything about the neighborhood and was always available to schedule a showing, run assessment of comparable homes, and recommend inspectors and contractors. Both houses were bought at what we would consider a bargain compared to other homes in the area. On the sell-side, the home is clearly in Ted’s mind for the entire day. He is frequently reaching out with suggestions to market it better and with updates. He is available at a moment’s notice, and he does his own photos and videos. In sum, you can’t go wrong if you go with Ted. You can go wrong if you choose someone else.

We discovered holes in the wall of one of the bedrooms that had been covered by the sleigh bed the prior owner had left on move-out day. She came the next day on the weekend, patched up the hole, and painted the wall work in time for the buyers inspection.
