Richard Moore was phenomenal at guiding me through the complicated process of securing a commercial lease for our business. I met Richard a few years back and immediately admired his military service, his openness, and his ease with people. We hired him later to help us find our commercial space and although we took a very long time making up our minds, Richard was patient and supported us to the end. He made sure we were protected (he watches out for your best interest), and worked with the landlord to make sure we could operate the way we needed to at this location.
