Brian and his team always deliver at the highest levels. I have worked with Brian on may different levels within real estate. He has helped me negotiate the toughest of deals with a positive outcome. Brian has consulted me on a number of projects from start to finish in terms of real estate investing. Brian answers his phone better than anyone I have ever seen in the industry. When it comes to buying, selling, investing or general real estate advice I believe Brian ranks at the top.

Brian and Kathryn exceeded our expectation from day one. They listened to our preferences in a home and gave us sound advice and space to shop for the right fit. After months of shopping, one evening Kathryn reached out to us with a home that would hit the market the next day, because she thought we would love it and that it would sell fast. Lo and behold, we had it under contract in under 48 hours!Brian was relentless in getting us the best deal once we knew it was the house we wanted. Brian has been an invaluable resource in the buying and home ownership process. When it comes time to buy or sell a property, you want Brian Copland on your side. He will do a fantastic job of making sure you get the absolute best deal, with the least amount of headache. He will be straight with you if he thinks a purchase or sale is not going well and why, or if there are concerns with the other party, and will make the entire experience very positive. When it comes to negotiating, he knows the Austin housing market and trends very well and is able to leverage that very skillfully. He explains things clearly, so you feel like you’re in the loop on all the details throughout the whole process. I’ve recommended him to friends, and all have been extremely happy. I will definitely continue to recommend him and will use him again for any of my real estate needs. Brian Copland really is the best!

Brian and Kathryn are AMAZING. They were incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful in helping me navigate my first home-buying process. When some unexpected challenges came up, they were quick and creative to help find solutions so we could keep moving forward. On top of all that, theyre great to work with -- they are patient, super friendly (even when dealing with a million questions on my end), and give great & honest advice. I cant say enough good things about these two!

Brian has helped me buy and sell my condo. I lived there only six months, and he was able to sell it for a profit. I would have never dreamed of asking the sale price he suggested, but he knew the market demands and recommended the price. I am so glad I took his advice. Equally important, Brian goes above and beyond what most agents will do (e.g., he went out of his way to help me when I locked myself out of my condo). Hes a nice guy.
