If you want someone who is extremely knowledgeable and knows what he is doing, goes above and beyond, and is genuinely great to work with, then choose Bret!I can honestly state that without Bret, I would not be moving into my new home. He was patient as we went to home after home as I figured where I wanted to live (moved from out of state) and what type of home I wanted and something that just felt right. Bret pointed out things to avoid and helped me find a fantastic house! Once we had a contract, I thought the hard work was over but that was when Bret really went to work. He was unstoppable. He stayed on top of a non responsive seller, tackled a problem with the appraisal, and even climbed on the roof when the inspector saw something odd (turned out to be nothing but who else does that!?).If I had a question, Bret had an answer or knew where to get the answer.
