Brandon Mendoza has been an outstanding realtor and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know. Brandon is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. I really enjoyed working with him. He definitely knew his business and stood his ground for me when negotiating on my home. He went above and beyond getting my house sold in record time for an outstanding price and strived to keep me well informed during the entire process. He helped me understand what I could do to the house to get it market ready and help me track down the products to do that. I really appreciate all his help. Run, dont walk and hire this man you will not be sorry.

Brandon went over and above our expectations at every turn-- even AFTER the house was sold and he had his commission check in hand! Before the house was sold, he was right there for us to help with small repairs, lawn mowing & watering-- even though wed already had to move 6 states away. This was HUGE for us. After the sale, he was still there to help us navigate getting our escrow refund. This was not our 1st time ever selling a home, so I can confidently tell you that Brandon is a cut above the rest. No regrets at all in hiring him.
