Working with Brandon was honestly great and an experience I hope that all of my future homeowners get to have. If I could give more than 5 stars, I truly would!As a first time home buyer, I was really nervous that I would get swindled out of deals or lied to by the builders. I seriously felt so confident in Brandon and his expertise, that I knew I wasn’t in any danger of that. I literally met Brandon on a random Saturday afternoon while I was walking through a model home, and by that NEXT Sunday afternoon, Brandon found my dream home with some of the best incentives my family, friends, and I have seen around here in New Braunfels. He listened to the things that I prioritized and wanted in a house, asked questions, and found the answer so quickly. Within a day, he had found me the dream house and within 2 weeks I closed and moved in!He has great connections with others, such as a third-party home inspector and utilities, to get great deals and relieve the stress of me having to search for these people on my own. I was really nervous to buy my first home, but Brandon made it easy and he helped me every step of the way. I would undoubtedly recommend him to all my friends, family, and strangers who are looking into buying a home. I had a great experience and I am so elated to own my dream house, thanks to Brandon Melvin EXP!

You cannot go wrong with Brandon! He came recommended by my family, and I see why. We are first time home buyers, so Brandon made sure we knew what to watch out for and what to expect at each step. He was a huge advocate for us, making sure that we received everything promised. I had some trouble with both the mortgage company and the seller at various points and Brandon immediately jumped in to get things moving, helping to alleviate a lot of my stress! Even after closing he has checked in to ensure moving has gone smooth, and that no problems came up with the house that he could help with. If youre looking for a knowledgeable and hands on realtor that will be by your side at every step, Brandon is your guy!

We’d just want to say how helpful Brandon Melvin was in finding our new home. For at least a year Brandon has been going out of his way to show us properties all over New Braunfels and La Vernia, Texas areas. He never once said he wouldn’t be available. Brandon Melvin helped us find a rental property in San Antonio. He began by taking our preferences and daily sending us properties that met our requirements. When we settled on a few houses we would like to visit, Brandon very quickly made arrangements for us to view the properties. I got to thank Brandon Melvin our realtor. We wanted to sell our house to presue an opportunity to live out a dream, but after seeing homes in our New Braunfels neighborhood sit on the market for long periods of time we thought it would be hard to pull off. Luckily we have the best realtor out there. He has helped us on 2 other occasions with spectacular results and we knew if anyone could pull this off it would be him. He told us he would have our house under contract in 2 to 3 weeks and man he did not let us down. We were able to get the house under contract and we have closed the sale woohoo!. *** And the icing on the cake is we were looking to rent for a year after selling this house and Brandon negotiate a contract where we not only sold our house but get to stay in it and rent it for a year from the buyer while we purchase our new vacation home. Brandon says the lord works in mysterious ways and all I can say is he is definitely working miracles through him. Brandon is the best realtor in the area, we found him in YouTube and called him. We had to move from California to tx for work. We had a realtor but we were not happy with the lack of interest and minimum information he was providing. Since we contacted Melvin he answered immediately and from that moment on he has been diligently working with us to find the right home (we did). Always a txt or call away, learning about our needs and giving us options along the way. Once we found it he worked hard and got us thousands of dollars in savings.
