Working with Brandon was an absolutely wonderful experience. Buying your first home is quite a nerve racking endeavour, but Brandon could not have created a smoother experience for us!From his on point response rate, to his knowledge and expertise, to his patience of showing us yet another house that did not at all fit our original description of what we wanted but still thought we might like now ( sorry Brandon 😅) to finally encouraging us to go for our dream home even though it was a bit outside of our price range originally, but then securing a banger price on it for us.... Brandon helped us sell our home this past summer and went above and beyond in so many ways. We cannot recommend him enough! It was a long process but he stuck with us through all the ups and downs and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. From getting the house in shape before going on market, to the final closing date, he was with us every step of the way. We have a newborn and had to do some traveling during the process and Brandon took on a lot of additional responsibilities to help make sure the house was taken care of when we had our hands full. Purchasing a home in Austin can be a big challenge, especially if you are seeking to live in some of the more popular areas. When my wife and I moved here, we didnt have any idea how competitive the market was and started our home search with an agent we found byway of a basic outreach for information. We were paired with an agent (part of a well known agency) and spent ~5 months searching for homes and losing out on every bid we made. Naturally, my wife and I felt defeated and we decided to put our purchase aspirations on hold and rent for the time being until we were introduced to Brandon (by way of referral). Brandon met with us in person and instilled a renewed level of confidence in our home purchase pursuits and thoughtfully persuaded us to get back into the market under his guidance.
