I got into contact with Tatum MacNaughton on buying my first home and she made the process as painless and straightforward as was in her power, which I greatly appreciated. Tatum answered all my stupid questions, was very straight forward, was available at reasonable times, and always made time to help me with the bullshit. Stellar.

We used Tatum MacNaughton on purchasing our first home in 2015 and really appreciated her honesty and due diligence on ever house we considered. Her attention to detail on what we were looking for was spot on! We loved that house for 7 years and when we went to sell and repurchase, there would be no other person we would trust to do things right other than Tatum at Boom Real Estate! Hands down easiest and best experience both times.

When we decided it was time to sell our house, I posted on Facebook asking for recommendations for a realtor. Tatum MacNaugton was the first to respond. After reviewing other choices, we went with Tatum because of her enthusiasm and eagerness to help us. It was a wise choice. Our sale was a bit wonky because the buyer’s agent was inexperienced and caused unnecessary delays. Throughout the process, Tatum stayed on the ball with our best interest foremost. With Tatum’s excellent assistance, we successfully completed the sale of our home. Well done, Tatum.
