Working with Bonnie was an absolute pleasure. From the beginning she understood what we were looking for and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Her attention to detail and negotiations made a real difference. We purchased a new build with custom upgrades; this process left room for 5 addendums on my behalf. Her ability to communicate quickly and effectively with both us the and the builder made the process seamless. Towards the end of the process I ofcourse requested a different door and with her charm was able to convince the builder and contractor to grant my request. When I say I appreciate her attentiveness, I mean that I appreciate that she treated the process as her own home. She was our voice when we were too busy or unable. I absolutely, hands down recommend Bonnie to be your realtor.
