I used Bonnie Collins Group for the sale of my existing house and purchase of my new house. I am also a repeat customer for the sale/purchase of my previous residences.I believe she and her group are the best in the city! I dont think my existing house would have sold at the price I listed without her knowledge and expertise. She had a decorator come to my house for the listing photos which has a significant impact on the number of views, showings and eventual sale (all free of charge). My home sold in less than a month at a price I did not expect.She was also a great negotiator for the purchase of my new home! I purchased at much less than the listing price for a price well below market value.I highly recommend Bonnie Collins Group for any sale or purchase. It was a great experience in a normally stressful time in your life. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
