We had such a wonderful experience with Tiffany as our realtor. She jumped through hoops for us finding and getting our forever home. The time she spent on looking and putting us in the right hands of a lender and just being there to answer our questions. If you are looking for an exceptionally amazing realtor look no further!! Tiffany and Doug Bonilla are the bees knees! They will provide you the best service above and beyond your expectations. Tiffany stuck with me and my wife for 3 years till we were able to get financed and moved into our dream home. The road was long but they were there every step of the way looking at each and every house with us to make sure our needs were met. From turn down to turn down they never gave up. You can’t beat this type of dedication and love for the job.

Best experience weve had with a realtor, made everything simple and amazing. Made sure even with builders all bases were covered and we got as many incentives as possible. Tiffany was kind and determined, she was constantly on the lookout for homes and even checks in after the sale to make sure we are happy and doing good. Although there were issues with the fence line with the new builders everything else fell into place. She fought the fight with us but the HOA was a hassle so we did have to take a loss. Overall it was a great experience and we made a friend along the way. Will highly recommend and use her assistance again one day.

Initially was a really great experience from exploring options to buy. All the way to renting & giving a list of homes tailored to my criteria. Unfortunately I didn’t feel like a priority anymore after no communication from Tiffany for weeks on end. When searching for a home time is of the essence, renting or buying. Eventually she just stopped communicating with me all together. Which left me to scramble to search for a home on my own in less than 30 days.
