Great experience! Bobby sold a my home that other realtor had let sit on the market for a year! He came to my work to make signing all papers easier with my schedule. He took a very difficult situation on and a home that was In horrible condition and worked diligently to personally improve the condition until it was sellable. He was there every step of the way and quickly answered any and all questions I had. I will use Bobby in all future real-estate sales and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Awesome experience! Ive been friends with Bobby for a while. We met through the Citizens Academy at the Hobbs Police Department. Hes a big supporter of law enforcement and the community.I recommended Bobby Shaw to my girlfriend who was having difficulty selling her old home which had been court ordered to both her and her ex-husband. The ex-husband had used a realtor friend of his who had it on the market for nearly two years and had done nothing to sell it, we even tried to request how many times it had been shown and that company denied her access to the records (probably because there were none).The selling of the house had been a major issue in the divorce, and she had shown me pictures of the condition before she moved out and after (it was not pretty). Needless to say, Bobby took the initiative to get the house into as presentable condition as he could short of knocking the house down a rebuilding it.Bobby went above and beyond the call of duty to help my girlfriend get the house sold despite the efforts of the other party make the sale as difficult as possible.Awesome guy and a great realtor! I recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling property.
