My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Theresa and Buddy for our first home sale and I cannot express enough how positive the experience was. From the very beginning, they took the time to address all of our questions with patience and care, which made us feel supported every step of the way. Despite the hectic season we were in, their guidance helped ease our stress and keep everything on track.We were shocked how quickly our home sold. We met with them for a consultation, and the following weekend we had our open house. By Sunday, we returned home to find multiple offers waiting for us! Buddy and Theresa were exceptional! Not only great realtors but wound up being real friends. Incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and reliable. I moved all the way from Washington by myself. I had many worries and questions. They were very attentive regarding anything. They were super hospitable taking me out to lunch several times and buying me a garage opener for a house warming gift! Most important I love my brand new home and got a good deal on it!!!

It was such a pleasure to work with Buddy to sell my home. He worked very quickly and was very professional. He helped us find contractors for repairs and even did a 3D walk through of our home which really helped set our listing apart. He helped us sell our homes in 24h!! After closing, he sent us the most wonderfully personalized gift and was thoughtful enough to get something for our son. As prior military I’ve had my experience of working with a few realtors and none were like Buddy. As I was moving here from another state, he was helping me virtually (before it became a requirement), showing he was head of his time demonstrating his ability to overcome obstacles. He definitely goes the extra mile for his customers. He wants to ensure he is finding you the perfect home to fit your needs. His experience and expertise are something you will want when you are buying your next house. Buddy worked hard to get our house ready to put on the market while we were out of town. We had a showing 7 hours after it went up, 14 showings in four days, and the first person that looked at it made a full price offer. Buddy knows how to sell a house. Be prepared to spend some money getting it ready to show, but if he tells you to spend a dollar, it will make you one hundred dollars. Not calling him to sell a home in Bell County is wasting your time and money!
