He gave us a price that he thought our house would sell for and I told him he was crazy. Never again will I say that to Brian White.....within 20 days we had an offer on our house that was $5,000.00 over our asking price. I just shook my head in disbelief. If I was ever to sell again, he would be the first person we would call. We first reached out to Brian because he was the listed agent for a lot of land we were interested in. The lot had already sold but Brian listened to why we were looking and what we were looking for. We knew we wanted at least 1 acre with large trees, something that would remind my husband of Kentucky; and we knew we wanted to be in the Argyle school district. At first, we were gung-ho about finding a lot of land, sitting on it and building on it in 3 to 5 years. Brian educated us on the process of buying and building. We quickly learned that we probably didnt have the personalities for building but we werent quite ready to give it up but were willing to look at existing homes already sitting on a wooded lot. On some of our outings we brought our 5 year old son, and to me how someone treats our son means everything and Brian was very patient with all of Davids questions and comments and tall tales. We eventually found the home we wanted and were ready to move but were leaving the country for a vacation in 2 days. Brian helped us expedite the process and took care of the inspection while we were away enjoying the beach. Everything about the buying process went pretty smoothly. Then, the time came to put our existing house on the market. Again, Brian took the time to explain the whole process, talked in detail on how to price the house and listened to any concerns we had. If there was anything negative to say it would be that we werent prepared at how quickly people would want to see our house after it went on the market. To be fair, we were prepared for the next day visits but we had folks wanting to see our house 2 hours after it was listed. We were very happy with how quickly our home sold. We are grateful to Brian and his wife for helping us sell our starter home and hopefully we are now living in our forever home.
