I am sad to be moving and will no longer be working with them. However I would absolutely refer them to all my friends and family in the future. Good company to rent from. They fix everything that breaks ,fast. Deposits from rhino are the only downside. Rhino is a horrible company . Deposit went up nearly double and I was never late over my 12 month lease .

Bluefax has been a great renters experience because they hold both landlord and tenant accountable! My s/o and I are very responsible adults and work to ensure that were taking care of rental properties the way wed take care of our own home. A struggle weve had is landlords who take advantage of that and who dont follow through on maintenance the way they should. With Bluefax, weve had consistent follow-throughs and follow-ups, and they send out reminders to help with various weather changes. Seriously, we feel so well taken-care of!

Paying rent and getting maintenance is easy and emails are answered quickly. Cant really ask for much more. Of course, the real test comes when I move out: how the security deposit is handled and what is deducted from it. I trust that will go well, but if it doesnt Ill come back and edit this review later.After move out update: Move out was great and hassle free. We bought a house and they would not work with us on getting out of the lease a month or two early, but that is pretty standard stuff, cant really fault them for it.
