I was referred to Krista by a dear friend and Im so glad I called her! Krista was quick to set up showings of a few homes I picked & was very helpful when it came to educating me on what I was going to get for my price point. I was looking for a home for my Dad, and we looked at one which had a few stairs into the shower. She was quick to point out that this home would not work and would not be safe for my Dad long term. I loved that she thought about that & also kept me on track as it was easy for me to get caught up in what I liked vs what was practical for my Dad. Krista was always available & quick to respond. She was also no nonsense, which I loved about her. Right to the facts & very tell it like it is. We worked through a purchase over the holidays, and it was a very quick and painless process.Krista knows Seguin and even post close she’s been amazing with helping me by sending referrals. I can’t recommend her enough!!

Krista is very easy to communicate with whether in person, on the phone or by text. She responds quickly, does what she says she will do and actually showed us houses the day we contacted her. She takes care of her clients and is very trustworthy. You can tell she loves real estate and helping clients. If we were to sell and buy again, theres no doubt we will call Krista.

Krista from Bloom Realty was incredible throughout the entire process of selling my home and then helping me to find and purchase a beautiful home and property to start a senior animal sanctuary. Krista was extremely responsive and assisted me with all aspects of preparing my home to sell and then walking me through a purchase. She is very supportive of our community and has the knowledge to make these transitions successful and enjoyable.

Krista kindly helped us with purchasing our new home that we love and quickly selling our old home. She was always professional and available quickly when we needed anything. When I engage a realtor to sell my property, I expect that person to have my best interests--not the size of his/her commission or selling at the first offer--in mind. I used a realtor like that in the past and it was a totally unpleasant business relationship for me.Then I heard about Krista Moreno through several friends who recommended her very highly. I hate to use overworked words, but she was wonderful: totally professional and very informed about the market here. I was selling a house that needed updates, but I was hesitate to make them because of the cost and the fact that I might not get the money I invested back. After she reviewed the property, I followed her suggestions. No updates, except for a good cleaning, etc. The house sold in a timely manner and for more than I expected. She was always available to answer questions either by text, call or email. The closing was smooth and the entire sale, from listing to closing, was textbook perfect.The next house she sold for me was a train wreck. What had once been a cute bungalow, was a dump. The renters had destroyed the place. With her suggestions to make a few improvements and her knowledge of selling these types of homes, it sold before it even went on the market. Again, it sold for an excellent price.The moral of these stories is this: if you want a responsible realtor who cares about you and your property, hire Krista. She truly has your best interests in mind, not her commission. One last example to show how much she cares about her clients. When the last big freeze came in February, she called to remind me to wrap my pipes at the rent house. Who does that except somebody who cares about you and your property?I hope, after reading this, you will call Krista when you are ready to buy or sell. She is not just a five star realtor, she should be a ten!
