Frank was fantastic and a huge resource for closing on our new home. He was patient and understanding but also provided outstanding guidance on properties we viewed.He helped us find a detail oriented home inspector and when we encountered last minute undisclosed details from the buyer he helped us negotiate a compromise that was more than fair. Not once did we feel pressured to close and we are so happy he was the one guiding us through the entire process.We will 100% use him if we ever need to buy or sell another property, and actively recommend him for anyone whos buying their first property.
