My wife and I first enlisted the help of Misty back in 2018, when we were looking to buy our first house. Misty did a very good job of listening to our needs and providing us with some great options. However, we ultimately came to the decision to put our search on hold. Fast forward to 2021, and we have enlisted Misty’s help again. Despite being in one of the worst (if not the worst) buyer’s market of all time, Misty has done a tremendous job at finding builders (we are looking for new builds) who still have some availability left. Although we haven’t secured a house just yet, Misty has done a great job of following up and checking in with each of our potential builders, so that we stay on the forefront of their minds. She has kept us well informed at every step of the way as has been very professional. I have no doubt that she will land us a contract for a new build soon enough, even in this crazy market!

I messaged Misty to inquire about a rental property. I didnt think shed go out of her way to help me out and answer my queries. She even volunteered to help me with my housing inquiry. Since I have to travel forty minutes to get there, it simplifies my life immensely. How grateful I am to her is beyond words. When Im ready to buy my house, I want to have her on my side.
