Without having to tell Amber of our fears or curiosities as what seemed as first time real estate buyers, (b/c wed been absent from such 38 +yrs), she guided us through patiently and cautiously step by step through a tenatious process - which these days can be mired in such selfish and meaningless hurried practices. She walked us through with courtesy born of caring via the formalities coming from years of experience. Yet, was not fearful of questioning and working in a positive structure to our benefit! I still can’t believe how easy Amber made my home purchase. I gave her what I wanted in a house and thought it would take her a while to find my dream house. The next day she showed me the home l just purchased. The team she has assembled made the paperwork so easy for me that l still can’t believe that was all there was to it. I almost forgot to mention that she truly worked for me. I initially told her that I couldn’t afford this house. She told me to let her work that for me. In two days of negotiations I could more than afford the house !! I also thought once l purchased the house that would probably be the last l heard from her but no. She has personally stopped by with my permission and took me to see some of the local area that I had expressed l was curious about. For someone that is from out of state this was beyond helpful. Thank you Amber for making my retirement home the home I dreamed of.
