Marissa is the BEST!! This was the 3rd home that Marissa has sold for us in 6 years. She is very knowledgeable about the market and knows how much to list for in order to get interest. She also gives input to make the home look amazing for pictures. And the photographer she uses does a great job as well. All 3 homes sold quickly and with multiple offers. This last home was a townhome and had a contract within 6 days...even in this crazy market with higher interest rates. She and her team are excellent with communication. She really considers what is best for the customer. She does not push and helps to decide if this is even the right timing for you to sell. She wants this to be a great experience. They even allowed us to use their moving truck. That perk was amazing!! We will definitely use Marissa and Bishop Country for future real estate needs!!

From unimproved property to residential she is who I would choose to work with. She helped us navigate our way through all of it including contract negotiations, environmental survey, and lease back to remove personal property. I recently was visiting from MN my friend who lives in Texas. I decided to look at some real estate properties and decided that I needed to get a realtor to show me some options. I found Bishop Realty and let me tell you, this was the most seamless, effortless painless house buying process ever! From start to finish, Allie was beyond amazing! She picked me up in her SUV andhad already found over 5 properties that were all within my search criteria. She even had one that she told me she thought would be utterly perfect for me . . . but they were requiring ALL offers be in my 1300 that very same day! Needless to say, we were on a time crunch and we both decided that we needed to check out this “perfect” house first. This house was beyond perfect! I knew from the very moment we drove up with its immaculate lawn and the curb appeal, this house was special! Once we stepped inside, I was taken aback by the amount of openness from the vaulted ceilings and the spread out layout. Then we walked into the fully modern and gorgeous kitchen. I am pretty sure I already knew I NEEDED to put an offer in before the 1300 deadline as soon as we saw the kitchen.
