My experience with Brittany Hughes was exceptional! She was VERY patient, always professional and assisted with every question and concern. She listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations. We were recommended to BH / Britany Hughes by a friend of mine. Working with Britany and Team at BH was more like a privilege. We had special circumstances where we sold a home out of state in Oregon and purchased in Texas. Needless to say our realtor in Oregon was unimpressive and on several occasions she reached out on our behalf. We had to start over with another realtor in Oregon. They put our house on the market and it sold In a couple weeks. Leaving us in a rush to find a new home in Texas on a very short time frame. Brittany hung in there with us the entire time. I reached out to Britaney one year prior to relocating to the DFW area. During my consultation she was great with answering all my questions and advising of areas that will be a good fit for my lifestyle. I made a couple of visits to view different areas and she was always available for questions. When it was time to start the home search process she did a fantastic job with providing a list of homes that met my criteria. She also provided homes that she believed was a good fit for me, which, she was correct. She was able to negotiate a large credit which was unheard of during the hot housing market. Britaney is the best realtor I have ever worked with.

Britaney Hughes is one of the best Realestate agents in Dallas hands down! I moved to DFW metroplex during the height of COVID and reached out to Britaney to help me with finding a property for my first Realestate investment. Originally I was looking to buy a small scale multifamily property to renovate, live in, and rent.My goals, although not straightforward did not make Britaney flinch. She understood my needs entirely and started the hunt. Fast forward a year later and I still had not landed on anything that met my price point given the current 2020-2022 rise in costs of building materials needed to renovate. Just when I thought my path to protect ownership was put at a standstill Britaney proposed the idea of building from scratch instead of renovating. This still hit all of my goals, I was doubtful we couldn’t find a lot that met my requirements, but Britaney nailed it! She hooked me up with a new lender that offered construction loans, a builder local to the area, and ensured I closed prior to my wedding despite challenges presented by the bank.Britaney really went to batt for me in all areas and I will definitely be working with her again on my next property purchase! I love to support black women, especially since I am a small black business owner as well. Black, white, indifferent, Britany is a gem of realtor…work with her while you still can!

My realtor’s name was Shea Lorne. I cannot express enough how amazing a person he is. These people have truly been screwing me at every turn and Shea has fought tooth and nail for me to make sure I am taken care of. We thought everything was solved but even after signing the lease they have decided to keep screwing with us (we live in a rental house that they clearly never clean, attempted to fix, or cared about the new tenets that would be living in the space.) We thought it was all figured out and settled but turns out they didn’t fix things which we only found out after we moved in. I literally cannot wait for this lease to end and never work with these people again. Regardless Shea has been there at every step trying to help even after the lease was signed, he could’ve been like alright my job is done and left us to rot in this house. Now Shea can’t make them change anything now that the lease is signed or force them to listen to him, but he has been so supportive answered all our questions, and keeps a record of everything for us in case they try to screw us over when we leave weather taking our deposit or not giving us the 2 weeks free like stated in our lease. He even came to our new home and gave us a house warming gift. At the end of the year when the lease is up, you better bet your butt I’ll be reaching out again to have him help us find a new home (with a different company this time) as I could have never asked for a better person to help us find a place to call home. If you want someone whose got your back as for Shea, he’s got you.
