10 months ago I had planned on retiring, sell our home in the city and move out to the country. I now watch the most amazing sunsets from my backyard, my dream home. My spouse and I love our peaceful life in our new home and land.If you are looking for a new home, the Bevans group are the perfect Realtors to help you find the perfect home. They are professional in every aspect, helped us sell our old home and into our new home. They are not only professional but are a loving family. They treat their clients as their own family. The team here at Bevans is such an extraordinary group of people. They took every consideration my wife and I had and actually spoke with us through the process not as a customer but as family. They were attentive, listened to what we wanted, and even set up meetings with a builder. I recommend this group to anyone looking for a more personal experience with homebuying and selling!

Beth and Bevans real estate has been used loads by myself actually and my family! we always have a great experience with her and shes extremely prompt about getting back to us immediately and even when my husband and I called at 730 am on a Sunday 🥱 asking for a huge chunk of land for commercial use she got right on top of it for us! she is incredibly sweet and professional I highly recommend anyone that is interested in buying or selling to reach out! with this market i know she would love to help you capitalize on either!

I don’t do a lot of reviews but I just had to give credit where credit is due. My husband and I are so glad we made the decision to use this company! Beth was so sweet and very professional and always responded quickly if I ever needed anything or had any questions. Would absolutely work with her again in the future and we have already sent some of our friends their way! Easy 10/10.
