Me and wife hired Mrs Bettina Davis as or Realtor over a year ago. She found us the best house and the best neighborhood in San antonio. She was with us through the whole entire home buying process. She told us what to watch out for with the builders. She also helped us with our closing cost and she gave us a beautiful house warming gift. Its wonderful when you can find a God fearing Realtor that would be honest and caring to you and your family. She made the whole home buying experience enjoyable and exciting. We were so happy with her as our agent, representative, and advisor on our home purchase - Referring her to all our friends and relatives and will definitely use her for future purchases,.When we hear about the difficulties others experience while buying a home, it just makes us more appreciative of all that she brings to the table:She break down the technical, helping to remove intimidation from the the process; very comforting for us as first-time home buyers. Bettina is dependable and punctual (our #1 requirement); She welcomed (and answered) our many calls and questions after hours, on weekends, and holidays; On multiple occasions, Bettina met with us on short notice to set up viewings (sometimes, driving over 2 hours); She is VERY successful contacting difficult to reach agents, contractors, etc.; her advise helped us to avoid $$$ mistakes.Bettinas greatest asset though, is her approachability and patience.
