Go with MARK! 1000% Mark Carouthers is your guy!! 5 STARS!!! Were pretty enthused and still in awe. Both myself and wife are for sure. The initial search all the way up to final steps to closing were smooth and Mark was always so informational. Working with Mark and the team as a whole, we could not be happier and could not have done any of this without Marks help and promptness. For me, Mark was relatable yet honest, well informed with good market insight and was always happy to chat after prime business hours. Marks great character bleeds through and true and we hope Mark has the mutual feeling that he enjoyed us as customers. We look forward to working again with Mark (and referring him) down the road!
