    Peggy sold my late father house, also my grandparents house who built it in the mid 50s. Got over listing, and to an individual with common friends I found out. The Senters were also neighbors and friends growing up. Bill, one of the nicest men you could ever meet. When our mother passed away Christmas morning of 92, he was the first person to come see my dad. Scott, went to high school with, has his dads personality. Just good people.

    I have known Pam Yungblut for a number of years now and I would highly recommend Pam to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home or property. Pam is so knowledgeable and is willing to take the time to know what you are looking for so she can find the best fit for you. My wife was able to call Pam on the spur of the moment to look at houses and Pam would be super quick to respond and get the appointments needed to look at houses. We could walk in an house and Pam would tell us the pros and cons of the house and give us essential information and opinions to help guide us in making good decisions. Even after the process was completed for buying a house, Pam would still call and check on us and give us important information and forms for just adjusting to a new house. She knows so many skilled people to get jobs done right! Pam works for you and is simply amazing at what she does!

    Pam Yungblut at Senter was my realtor for buying my very first house.God blessed me with finding her because we found a gem in the rough that I was able to fix up a bit and then sold 5 years later for more than others in the area were getting.Listen to her!! Look past fixes like paint or things she says you can fix. My house was purple and I wasn’t sold but it was such a good buy I fell in love even with the purple color that made it unique!She also referred me to her electrician, house/car insurance, cleaner, etc. and they all are not only used by her, but some of the best, kindest working people I have met.I worked in real estate in college and someone like Pam is rarely what you get. She got me in a home in WEEKS when I was in a hurry to find somewhere and it was the best decision I made.I had an issue with the water after I moved in and she even took care of that. This woman goes ABOVE and BEYOND.

Combine that with my home being sold in 4 days after listing on the market with a 30 day move-out....the stress level was pretty high to say the least.Sharla really helped make it all go smoothly and reduced the stress level with her efforts to find the perfect new home.     When we decided to move to Texas we werent sure who to contact. We answered questions on Zillow and Kam Zinsser contacted us immediately. A little skeptical at first but shouldnt have been. All realtors should be as good as Kam. She stayed in contact with us from our first visit in April of 2022, until after we moved. No one has ever done that with us. We closed on our home the 15th of December 2022, and Kam still contacts us to see how we are doing. Everyone should be as dedicated as her.
