The realtor I used rates a zero, but the rest of the company may be OK. I have been informed that realtor no longer works there, so I am upping the real-estate agency to 4 stars. They may be a 5 star company as they have promptly responded to my reviews, I suppose it will depend on the individual realtor.

I have been associated with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate from last 6 months and during this time I had very frequent interactions with Richard Guderyon and Karen, They are very professional and extremely efficient individuals.I am impressed with the efficiency and the kind of dedication they show when dealing with the customers.I am learning a great deal in their organization. Working with Stephan Kardos to sell my home was a great experience. As a single, professional woman, I had many other things to take care of, and Stephan’s willingness to answer many questions through sporadic texts made the process a lot easier for me- his patience is second to none. In addition, he provided essential up to date information on my home, anticipating many of my concerns before I ever voiced them. His listening skills are excellent, made me feel like a valued client. All in all, his professional yet kind manner helped to instill a sense of loyalty and trust. I have recommended him to my daughter and friends, and I hope to work with him again in my next real estate transaction.

Jackie helped me with every step of the process, including a breakdown of timing, necessary steps, and providing recommended inspectors and lenders shes worked with, which was important to me as a first-time home buyer.
