Vanessa Garza is by far the best Agent Ive encountered with during my process of searching and buying a home. She is constantly updating via phone call/text/email. Francis Debelo was our realtor and we cant compliment him enough. We were first time home buyers and he helped us battle every single challenge that seemed to pop up! He kept a positive, level head and after seriously sifting thru well over 2 dozen homes, he helped us find THE ONE. Not only did we find our dream home, he also negotiated the seller down 10k! We couldnt have asked for a better man to help us with such a major milestone in our lives. He was always positive, always on our side and worked tirelessly to ensure that we were making the best decision for the both of us as well as a good investment for our future. Even in the last few months, our home value has increased almost 3%. Should we buy again, we will be calling Francis at BHG!
