They did the needed renovations to my home to get it ready for listing and found a renter quickly. Alice by far exceeded our expectations. We were first time home buyers. She guided us the whole way. She even ensured our builder had a Covid clause in our contract when Covid first hit the scene. This prevented the builder from uping the price or canceling our contract to sell it for more. So many buyers closing around the time we did had this issue because prices went up. I was so very thankful for Alice. She endured our pickiness for two whole years. We closed in 2021. So thankfully for her and would 1000% recommend her to anyone. Thank you Alice! You’re the best!
