Logan Tekell is a great guy. He helped my brother and I find the right home we needed really quick. Whenever we had questions or requests, he always answered immediately. He took care of everything very efficiently. I especially liked that he would update any progress to us immediately. I highly recommend Logan to everyone. Especially new buyers.

I have both bought and sold a house with Logan Tekell at Blu Realty in Lubbock so I have both sides of real estate transaction experience with him. Buying: I found a house online that was perfect and had everything we were looking for, but unfortunately it was already under contract. He contacted me anyway and asked what we had liked about It and what our general budget was and said he would let me know if he found anything. It wasnt but a couple days later and I get an email from Logan about a house 3-4 houses down from the one we had just looked at with everything we were looking for and more and at a better value! I would have never found it online on my own as quickly as he did. And thats a good thing too because we were the second people to make an offer on the same day it went on the market. Selling: This is where it gets interesting! Logan knew exactly what needed to get done to sell my house at the price point that I wanted. Not only that, but he had the right connections to get everything done! Oh, and hes not afraid to get his hands dirty either! Good luck finding a another realtor thats willing to do that!

Brenda Murrell was really great she cared what I was looking for in a home and was personally checked in on us during the whole time in making sure we understood everything that was going on answered the questions I had and if she didn’t have the answer she pointed me in that direction. As stressful as it can be buying a home she was there for me making every step just move so easily!
