I never thought selling my house would be as simple and streamlined as it was with Beth as my realtor. My situation was probably less complicated than most (I got married and moved into my husbands house), but as a first-time home seller I really couldnt have asked for a better, relatively low-stress experience. My husband found Beth in a search of realtors who had sold homes in my area, and we couldnt have been luckier to find her. Her (and her familys) wealth of knowledge, passion and first-hand experience with selling, renting and buying homes as well as short-term rentals is beyond impressive and helped us make informed decisions. Its clear she is not simply out to make a buck. (She even flagged a few potential errors in the countys appraisals documents which would have saved me some money.) Shes no-nonsense but also practical and honest, and had a lot of resources (e.g., handymen, roofers) to help me get my home ready to sell in a way that was affordable for me. She was upfront with me when needed and fought for me when needed. Plus, I was able to go through pretty much the entire selling process online and from home. And now she and her team are helping us find a lake house as well. Highly recommend her!

I worked with Beth Caudill to sell my house. She was recommended by my old buying agent at Make the Move, Billy. Beth was perfect for us! It was our first time selling a house and it was a smooth, easy process with Beth. She was a great moderator between us and the potential (and eventual) buyers. She was straight forward and kind; very easy to talk with and responsive over text. Beth negotiated two offers at the same time and had us under contract in less than two weeks... for over asking price. If I ever move back to Denton, Ill be using Billy and Beth again for sure!
