I can not say enough good things about Vicki Timoteo! From the moment I first met with her she was always available when I had questions, wanted to see a house (and there were a few off the beaten path), or needed her honest opinion on a home. This was my first home purchase so going into this I only knew a small portion of what takes place. She made sure to explain everything up front on how the process works from start to finish so I wasnt caught off guard by anything.At the start I gave Vicki my max budget, house and property size, and general location of where we were looking to move. She took that info and found listings almost instantly. While the house searching can be stressful and almost like an auction, Vicki kept reassuring me that we would find the right one. Or as she put it you have to kiss a few frogs before you find your prince. In my case that would be a princess lol.After about a month of searching we found the home in the town we were looking for and it was well under budget. As soon as we walked through the house and wanted to put in an offer she had it written up that day and submitted. The next day they excepted the offer and we were off to the races with paperwork. While we may have spent a lot of time searching and filling out paperwork, it was all worth it in the end and I have Vicki and her team to thank for that!Oh and one other thing.. when I say she was there from start to finish with us, I mean that she was there from day 1 and by our side at the title company when we got the keys. Now how many realtors would do that for you?If you ever need a realtor I cannot recommend Vicki Timoteo enough! She is just simply amazing!

After having my beautiful home on the market for 9 months and basically no movement, I decided to change realtors. I put out a message stating that I was looking for recommendations for a new realtor on Facebook. I received well over 250 responses. Vicki Timoteo took the initiative to reach out to me on her own after seeing the post. I met with five different realtors in one day trying to decide who would be the right fit for me - I am definitely a perfectionist and have high expectations. All the realtors I met with were good but there was something about Vicki that stood out - maybe it was the way she handled herself as well as her optimism. She immediately got to work and within 5 days we had a full price offer! My husband and I were so happy that our days of paying two mortgages, double utilities, insurance, etc. would finally come to an end!
