I work for Perry Homes in the Ladera community! Lisa worked with me and we sold her friend a house. The deal had a few twists and turns as it was an out of town buyer. I have never experienced such persistence. She ran down loan officers and title companies in California. Called or texted with updates and she is not even the realtor on the California side. This deal was on the verge of falling apart several times but she pushed through all of it and really made this whole process run as smooth as it could! She is a true testament to her profession. If she can make a deal work or needs more information she will not stop until she gets it!!!! I canāt say enough about her!!! If you need a realtor there are very few that would work this hard for you! -

Lisa Cabrera was AMAZING!!! My wife and I made a very quick decision to move from Camas,WA to San Antonio, TX and we were on a very tight timeline. Lisa was amazing from the start. She worked weekends showing my wife and I around, gave us good advice on pros and cons of areas that benefited our family. She helped us find a beautiful home and we signed the contract and weāre ready to roll. All of that was great but her true character and professionalism came out the day our loan was denied. Our house was sold, we were told on a Friday at 1730 that we had been denied, not money or credit issues, we were leaving for Texas on Monday. Everything was falling apart. I cannot describe a worse scenario. I truly canāt. I wonāt lie I drank a bit too much that Friday night!!! However, Lisa stepped right up and called a mortgage company she worked with, Thrive Mortgage Rocks!!!, and from there though still rocky everything started coming together. My wife and I recently relocated to New Braunfels. With out really knowing the area we decided to lease a property for the first year. At about month 8 weād had enough. So we started looking for houses. Big, small, used, new, fixer-upper, you name it; we looked at it. We used the go-to online, (trulia, Redfin, etc) every house we called on or wanted to look at was either under contract or sold. One afternoon, we were driving through a neighbor in San Antonio and came a cross a super cute new construction home. We thought, āwhat the hell, letās call the number on the signā, and Lisa answered. She was tied up with another issue but said that her husband, (the builder of the home), could meet us there in 5 minutes. So we looked at the house and it just wasnāt the right fit for us. So we went on about our day. That night I got a call about 8:00pm, it was Lisa and she was following up on the view of the home, we discussed what we liked and didnāt like and she asked if we had been working with an agent, I told her we hadnāt, but that weād be willing to work with her. She asked if we had any properties in mind and we sent a house over that was our ādreamā home... (we didnāt get that home cause our dream was a lotta but over budget!!!!). But, we started our mad hunt for the home we wanted. We probably looked at 50+ homes. Even went under contract on one and backed out last minute. But eventually we found the perfect little house in NB.To say that Lisa is just a āRealestateā agent is such a terrible understatement.l of what she does.
