Shannon is fabulous. I wouldn’t let anyone else assist with any future adventures. She was patient, kind, and completely understanding and worked so hard to get us exactly what we wanted, where we wanted. She then helped my mother and my bestie on more than one occasion. She has become part of our family and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She even set us up with an amazing mortgage broker who made everything simple. Love her to pieces.

Renee Powers was just amazing from start to finish. We tried searching for homes on our own for a while and every time we liked something, it was gone in the blink of an eye. We finally decided to reach out for help and Renee responded immediately. After we got in touch with Renee, we were viewing homes within a day. She filled in all the blanks for us and brought up many factors we never even thought of. We won the first offer we submitted on a home, and no, we did not bid over asking either! Renee negotiated the terms and handed all the back and forth with their agent and she kept us informed the entire time. Many odd requests came up through the process and we had an issue come up in the inspection. Renee handled everything like a true professional and we were able to get everything corrected at no additional cost to us. We defiantly would not be our home today if it wasnt for Renee. Buying a home is a very stressful process, but Renee on our side made the entire process much more pleasurable. Renee is very sweet and kind and above all, her extensive knowledge as a real estate agent is invaluable. We highly recommend Renee if you are looking to buy or sell a home!
