    Sunni Berkley has been by far the best part of the home buying experience. My partner and I are both first time home buyers and we couldn’t be more thankful to have had Sunni as our realtor.     Sunni Berkley was my realtor and I gotta say, she was INCREDIBLE at understanding what I wanted all while walking me through this scary thing called buying my first home. She was patient, honest, and truly wanted me to be happy. We found what felt like a needle in a haystack. A 1935 classic in east Austin with its original backyard in a price I can actually afford! When I got my license 10 years ago, I did a heavy matrixed search and chose Rick and Dede and Rick Ellis over some others and have never looked back. Best staff and community of colleagues ever. They let you run your business your own way, offer good training and splits, and have an incredible internal help network that is there for agents 24X7X365. We are like the mindshare of the Borg.     I had tried KW at two different franchise office (Austin and Cedar Park) and Dash Realty before I tried BHHS Austin. I have been discriminated, isolated, bullied..., and that I am personally felt BHHS is my home with their true welcome. The broker is friendly and supportive. I can call him anytime when I feel uncertainty about the contract or situation. I have refused all calls from other brokers to defect from BHHS. A home is where you feel save, supportive, and be loved. And that I can personally say out loud to new agents: you will have a true welcome.
