Just finished the purchase of our new Luxury home. We are moving from out of state and started the process in late October. Rita set aside the time that we would be there, picked out a few homes that might have fit the bill and after one day she had multiple homes that we looked at that marked all of our check points. We made an offer and the rest is history. She guided us through the Texas landscape of home purchase with our business needs taken into account. Absolutely will use Rita Huckaby again for any purchases that I/we will be making. in Tyler. Smart and knowledgeable, listens to what you want, and on target with what I wanted to see. You cant pick a better company to sell your home or find you a new home. Ask for realtor Stephanie McLean. She can sell a house after others have failed and get top dollar. She is a whiz at marketing, does her due diligence, and knows East Texas better than anyone. Shes also responsive, available, and friendly.
