I am new to town and calling different realty companies looking for a home and some information about the area. I thankfully spoke to Rebecca who was very kind, patient and inviting. She was so informative about the town as I had so many questions and she took her time to answer all of them. Just that little conversation I had with her made me fill comfortable enough to move to Carlsbad. Thank you Berkshire Hathaway and thank you Rebecca for your customer service. Highly recommend. -

We had an excellent experience working with Lanette Rostro. From the beginning she was very optimistic and helpful, giving good suggestions and helping us to understand the processes of selling our home. We needed to leave our home quickly, and Lanette went above and beyond caring for our house and needs that arose when we were out of town and unable to do it ourselves. Lanette went to bat for us on multiple occasions and we felt like she really had our best interests in mind. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. -

Lanette was amazing to work with. Any questions we had she was on top of them. She made arrangements to meet with us in such short notice and went above and beyond for us! We had a difficult situation moving in from out of state and dealing with multiple realtors to sell our home out of state and she worked with our situation. She made sure we had a pleasant buying experience. I was so grateful for her advice and support through the entire process. She is also the sweetest which made the entire process much more comfortable and easy. I am so thankful she was our realtor and if we ever sell and move she 100% would be who I would choose as my realtor! -

The wife and I have worked with Lanette on selling our home and buying another one and it was the easiest transaction I’ve had. When it came time for our son to buy his first house, of course we called on Lanette and within a couple of days she found a house for him in the area he wanted. She guided him on making an offer and within a day his offer was accepted.Lanette has the experience, in both knowledge of the area and length in real estate that you will not go wrong choosing her to sell or find your new home. -
