I have been a resident of Berkshire Hathaway properties for a while now. I am going on my 7th year and I have yet to have an issue they can’t or don’t resolve when it comes to my home. I feel comfort and safe. I have a friendly and safe community and a well maintained landscape to match.Berkshire’s staff is very professional, friendly and prompt. I know I contact them when in need and receive a rapid response to my requests.I am grateful for them and their services. -

I have used their resources to help me get a house rented and they manage the HOA for that house and all of my interactions with them have been very good and professional! They respond quickly during business hours too -

It was a very unique experience from the moment I negotiated the rental contract to the moment I broke the contract (we bought a house).The management was very open minded when it came to modifying contracts which is extremely rare in the corporate realty business. For the rest of my stay it was a constant theme of direct and honest communication between us and them.During my year and a half stay they readily repaired everything free of charge. One time during summer our AC was broken, and as soon as I called and explained that my wife was pregnant they sent an AC repairman within an hour!When I broke the contract to leave to a new house, Stephanie Savala and their team of realtors (especially Suzan!) helped us find someone in less than 2 weeks to move in so that we would only pay the standard admin fee, which cancelled out with the prorated monthly fee. And we also received the full deposit back in a timely manner. They turned a potentially stressful situation into a win-win for us and them.Again Kudos to Steaphanie Savala, she was amazing and really cared that we wont have to pay anything extra and took care of ALL the paperwork. I will definitely recommend her and BHHS Caliber to my friends.Things they could improve:1)They raised the rent by 45$ a month after the first year, and sent the renewal contract earlier than supposed to, but were flexible and understanding and instead I ended up with an extra month of time.2)They could get a better online payment processor. The fee is pretty high even for this industry and not very understandable from the portal. It you paid online vs by check in my case it was an extra 120$ a year. -

Leasing experience: My son and his buddy were looking for a place for for fall 2022. I spoke to Katy and let her know exactly where they wanted to live. She went above and beyond to look through upcoming inventory and identify the perfect place! She put us in touch with Broker/agent Susan Butler who was absolutely amazing! She was responsive and proactive. Very professional and made the process so smooth and seamless.Susan was patient and helpful during the holidays and covid and the boys are looking forward to a great rental experience next year! Highly recommend Susan! Thanks to the Berkshire Team! -

Stephanie is one of the most helpful leasing employees I have ever dealt with. Any time we have issues at our property, she ensures it is fixed in an appropriate time. We had an issue where our dryer died and the property owners took two weeks to get us a new one, she stayed on top of it. We had a billing issue one time and she took care of it immediately. She is a high energy person and makes the most mundane task seem good. -

Although I didnt go with their property, Id like to compliment Emily who did a great job! She was always helpful and professional. Her response was always quick even if I inquire something about the property to her during the weekend. Definitely she is one of the best leasing employees Ive ever met. -

Really appreciate how great BHHS caliber was to lease with. I never had any issues throughout my lease getting repairs done or getting in touch with the office. The move in and move out process was easy and fair. Fair price, nice location for school, and no problems with the apartment. Will definitely be leasing through them when I move back. -

I have leased with BHHS for 6 months now, and I havent regretted it one bit. I recently had surgery in August for a torn acl/mcl and was out of work for 6 weeks. Lisa was so understanding and show true compassion to my situation, helped me pay my rent for September over time. These are some amazing folks! -

October 2019 - Moved in with ease! The leasing team is so kind and answered all of my silly questions. Great people who really know what they are doing! Will update if necessary. But 5/5!July 2020- when Covid first hit, the leasing team was very empathetic and worked something out with us. Any issues we have With the home, they send out maintenance immediately!! -

Keeping properties maintained over the past couple of years has been challenging with the supply shortages, but they have been excellent at providing alternative solutions and realistic timelines for completion. -

I rented a property from Berkshire hathaway. Unfortunately, there was alot of trouble with the other roommates. Every time I contacted Berkshire Hathaway about the issue, they were extremely helpful. There is not a single bad thing I can say about my experience. Thank you for being a bright spot in the rather dishonest housing market in College Station. -

Drew Clift is well familiar with the BCS area, schools, tax issues, price trends, and all the questions I threw at him. I pushed him a little bit to look at a couple of properties not on his initial list. Most of my choices and self-researched properties shouldnt have been on the list, so he was right about the majority of those, too. His recommendations for inpectors was fine. Overall, the experience was different than what is likely normal because it occurred during Covid-19 restrictions. For example, although we werent able to travel & talk in Drews car together as would have been normal. He nonetheless ensured we spent time at the properties shown in order to answer all the questions that arose about anything at all. Drew communicated well and passed his knowledge and opinions on clearly and in a timely manner.Drew has also shown he is invested in keeping me as a client, helping me to maintain the value of my home for potential resale, but also to benefit the neighborhood in general. -

I was incredibly blessed to work with BHHS in finding our new home. It has been a true Christmas Miracle this year! How Mary Derkowski and her beautiful people at BHHS helped my family and I find a beautiful home we can call our own. In my daughters school district. In walking distance from my job. In the center of College Station, with a price I could afford. Signed, sealed, delivered in one day, moved in three days. Honest to goodness, angels from above even helped us in so many ways... Bless their sweet hearts, yall! BHHS is first class all the way. Top rated, above the rest in customer service, loyalty, organized, hardworking, honest, genuine, gracious and understanding, Teri Gardner is more then words can explain... The best of the best!
