I would most definitely recommend Brandon to any of my friends or colleagues. Brandon is very thorough and patient. He listens to his customers and seeks to please them and provides sound analysis and summarizes the information succinctly. Both I and my husband are Engineers so we were very keen on getting all the numbers right for our move. We worked with Brandon in July of 2021 as buyers while the housing market was crazy.Brandon was a pleasure to work with he was prompt, professional, and answered any and all questions in a very timely manner and in a way that helped us understand all of it. He took the time to get to know our style and what exactly we were looking for so he could show us houses that appealed to us. He went above and beyond my expectations for a realtor and was helping us write up offers way past anyone’s normal “business hours”. When a house would come on the market and we would want to see it he would get it set it up in a matter of minutes and always got as much information on the property as possible for us before walking though it. While we dealt with some, not so choice, realtors when putting offers in Brandon always remained professional and helpful in counter offering and explaining any questions we had. We ended up having our offer accepted in our preferred neighborhood with a house that is perfect for us. I highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking to purchase a house!
