I would HIGHLY recommend Damon Gottschalk to anyone whos looking to buy a home! Damon was personable, professional, he listened to everything we said, gave suggestions when necessary, and found us the perfect home on our first day out looking! He was constantly in touch with us, very promptly answered our questions and, when a problem arose from the sellers, Damon resolved things very quickly and in our favor. He made the whole process very easy for us and we cant recommend him enough!

Damon at Vista Real Estate did a fantastic job selling our home. He had a professional photographer take pictures of the house and they came out incredibly well. That was one of our concerns with other realtors that they would just snap some photos with their cell phone and list the house. Damon made himself available and gave us great staging suggestions to really sell the home. Damon also has a great team behind him at Vista and if we still lived in the area we would use Damon and Vista again. By the way, we got full asking price!

My wife and I needed to find a place to live in a relatively short time. By chance we were put in touch with Damon who was very accommodating in helping purchase home site unseen. Needless to say we moved half way across country and were able to move into our new home immediately. Damon video chatted with us to show us several properties and was able to answer our questions about the houses and neighborhoods in which he was showing us.Needless to say, buying site unseen is stressful, but in the end we had a very good buying experience and are very happy with our home.
