My wife found Lisha through a listing on the Bella Casa Realty website.     I was lucky that Jessica DeLaCruz reached out to me after my sister told her I was getting serious about purchasing my first home. If she didnt I probably would have continued dragging my feet. She walked me through every step of the process and was able to provide great recommendations for everything from lenders, inspectors, and specialist when we had to get hard questions answered.I had a tight budget and was very specific on where I wanted to live. There was a few times that I almost pulled the trigger on a fixer upper, and Jessica supported me all the way and did her best to make those situations work out for the best. When I did ultimately decide to back out though, she continued to support my decision and went right back to looking for potential homes.     Dan recently helped my parents find a new home. They have lived in the country 2 hours away for the last 50 years. It was a difficult decision for them to sell their land and move closer to us. Theyve never lived in a neighborhood or had neighbors. Dan made the process super easy for all of us and found them a great home. Dan did his research and got them a great price. Anything you could imagine you would want from a realtor, I promise she will exceed that. I am in awe and I truly dont know how she does it.She somehow is able to juggle many clients at once yet make you feel like you are the center of the universe.     I feel like I hit the jackpot when I found Jessica to list my house ! From the first phone call to the day we closed escrow Jessica was there for me 100%. I made the decision to sell the house I had lived in and raised my kids in for over 17 years. My goal was to get the most profit I could and also sell fairly quick. Jessica quickly did a market analysis and gave me my options. She nailed the listing price spot on. I had a full price offer in two days that was above what I expected ! Selling my house was a little stressful for me at times but Jessica remained calm and walked me through it.     At first I had a referral to use someone else. However, since I did not know anything about the cities surrounding Austin, the person seemed reluctant to drive me around from place to place.Then I found Kalan Murphy. She was the best. She will give you her honest opinion, which I appreciated because I was making the decision by myself. At one point she said maybe I should buy one of the cheaper houses to save money, even though that would have reduced her fee. So I really trusted her.Also, I was very impressed on how much information she could download on her phone on the spot regarding subject properties, such as tax rates, building requirements and maps of the property lines.Even after signing the contract, I needed her to meet contractors before closing, while I was out of town. She was totally there for me in every way.

    Ashley Isbell connected with me after I looked at a house online for which she was the listing agent. My wife and I lived 500 miles away and wanted to get a feel for the real estate market north of Austin. I accepted her offer to send me listings that matched our preferences for location, price point and features. I received listings daily and spoke with her from time to time. The filtering and feedback she provided turbocharged our ability to get a grasp on the market, and neighborhoods, making our house hunting far more focused and effective.     Realtor-April GomezMy husband and I were looking for houses in the Austin/Cedar Park area due to relocation. I reached out to schedule a viewing for a house we saw online and was directed to April Gomez with Bella Casa Realty. April quickly responded to our request. Upon speaking on the phone, April inquired how she could be of assistance with viewing the property we initially were interested in. We explained we were on a short time table to relocate due to starting new jobs in the area. She asked if there were any other properties we were interested in viewing while in town and she would be happy to show them to us if they were available to view so we could maximize our time while in town. I sent her a list of properties we were interested in (14 in total) and with 48 hours notice had them all set up to view. April went above and beyond throughout the process of viewing properties as well as negotiating rental agreements for us once we had chosen the property we were interested in. She was very communicative and responsive to emails and text messages and kept in constant communication with us throughout the entire process. Thanks to April we were able to find a place we can call home for a while until were ready to buy in the new area we relocated to.     Ive now completed 4 transactions with Jessica Rios of Bella Casa Realty by my side. In 2013, she found us a small rental house in Austin. In 2014, she helped us purchase our first home. Now in 2019, she helped us both sell our first home, and purchase a new (to us) home. I cannot recommend her enough. She is thorough, detailed, considerate, warm.What I think is most noteworthy about Jessica is how she serves her clients. A lot of people (both in real estate and other markets) are out to earn a buck. Their main motivator is money.     Nesha Ward is the Queen of Central TX Real Estate. My wife and I asked her to show us houses everywhere from Georgetown to Lake Buchanan to Salado, where we finally found our dream home. Nesha guided us well through the entire process. In transparency, I did not fully understand how competitive this market is and how low inventory is when we began searching for a home. She specifically taught me how to navigate these factors during our search and after a short time we learned what it was going to take to get an offer accepted in this market. Nesha was very responsive and a great communicator, and always stayed positive while she coached us to have realistic expectations. When we found our home Nesha walked us through the offer process every step of the way. It came down to some last minute negotiating on both sides, but we got the deal done on time and closed on our house.
