Where to even begin. In a word Beata was phenomenal. She met and exceeded all of my expectations of a realtor. The level of detail, professionalism, and her attentiveness was outstanding- not to mention she is the sweetest but also will be your best advocate and is firm. As I would be relocating to a new city I felt at ease with her advice and assurance while hosting me for a few days in Austin as her impressive knowledge of the real estate market put me at ease. Beata is the absolute best. Ive never seen a real estate agent work so hard, or so intelligently. Beata knows how to focus her efforts on what matters, rather than wasting your time with what doesnt. She didnt just represent us in our deal to build a new custom home, she was with us every step of the way, and was almost as excited as we were about the project. We ended up going with new construction, which I have heard can be a rough process, but Beata made the process easy and enjoyable. Beata went over and beyond our expectations of a realtor! We are moving to TX from CA and had many challenges (especially with Covid) finding a home for our large family. She was always available to FaceTime homes to us. Once we were in town, she and her assistant were able to schedule up to 15 showings a day for 8 days (at our request). Beata is a lovely person and always had a smile on her face. Even when the temps reached 108° and we were driving all over the place, she always kept her cool! Lastly, as we get ready to make the move she’s offering help to us - not like a realtor but as a friend would. You will be well taken care of with Beata and know she has your best interests at heart!
