Sherry was a great communicator and responded quickly to all our messages and requests. Since we live an hour away from the property we were selling, she was a great asset in checking in on the property for us to make sure it was ready for showings. She helped us find repair companies and just went the extra mile to help us feel comfortable selling our vacation home from a distance. This is the 2nd time we used her service so we trust her in going above and beyond to get the job done well. Thanks Sherry!

As first time home buyers I dont think we could have asked for a better experience with a realtor. Mrs. Sherry Williams was professional, very responsive, and always willing to accommodate our schedules with showing us properties. Aside from that she personally went out of her way to make sure we got the right home for us and the words Thank you just dont seem like enough! I cant stress enough how great our experience was with Sherry and Bay City Realty. We have been through the process many times buying both residential and commercial real estate in other locations, so we are familiar with the process.We were purchasing a vacation home in the Matagorda area and, based on other reviews, called Sherry. What we expected to be a hassle being many hours away from where we were purchasing the property turned out to be the easiest and most pleasurable home buying experience we have been a part of. Sherry is very knowledgeable about the local area and things to pay attention to when considering waterfront homes. She is very professional, exceptionally responsive, and has a very calm and steady personality that is well suited for the real estate business.I would highly recommend using Sherry and we will never use any one else should the need arise again in the Bay City area.

Sherry was wonderful!! She was there every step!! I had no idea what I was doing and I had a lot of questions, she was able to answer them and she helped me and my husband find our beautiful home!!
