We did run into issues with the builder and he was very helpful with getting us through all the obstacles that were presented to us. As the saying goes who you work with matters and Glenn is the epitome of that. As a Mortgage Lender, I have the luxury of working with Realtors from all backgrounds and experience levels. Listen to me when I tell you that Glenn goes above and beyond for his clients. Glenn is involved in every step of the process. Not in an overbearing way as some can be, but truly as a partner and as an advocate for his clients. There are only 24 hours in a day, but somehow Glenn found the time to fit numerous calls, emails, texts, etc. into his busy schedule. Not only was he able to negotiate a lower sales price even 48 hours before closing, but he was able to stay on the other side of the transaction to insure that we closed quickly, and on time. I would recommend Glenn 10/10 times.

Very helpful when I needed someone to help me protest my property tax. He provided me with necessary information and guidance in every step. He treated me with respect and displayed professionalism. Responded to my questions in a timely manner. Helped me with steps to obtaining my homestead after he discovered that I don’t have one. I have my homestead now. You can’t believe that I don’t know him and has never met him. I hooked up with him on a neighborhood app and since then he has treated as if we know each other.
