We were introduced to Barbara a few years back when we were planning a move to Frisco, TX. She shared her wealth of knowledge of the neighborhoods, builders and the condition of the houses itself. She was very patient with us as we looked at about 75 houses, never rushing us to make a decision. When we found our ‘dream house’ , she helped us negotiate a lease to buy. She was always there to answer any questions we had about the process. So when the time came for us to sell and move, we turned to Barbara again without a second thought . She used great marketing tools to put the house on the market for us. She gave us a realistic idea of the price we could expect with comps and negotiated with sellers to get us a great price. Barbara is straightforward, hard working, an expert on market conditions and most importantly will give you all the facts and never pressurize you to make a decision. We love Barbara and are grateful to have her in our lives.

To say that Barbara Prinsell is a great Real Estate Agent is an understatement. We first started working with Barbara via email and phone calls, and subsequently travelled to the Dallas area to work with her directly on multiple occasions. We found Barbara to be a wonderfully kind, patient, and diligent professional. She is extremely knowledgeable about the greater DFW housing market, as well as current real estate trends in general, which was extremely helpful. On many occasions we would email or call her about active listings we would see online, and she would selflessly take the time to travel to each listing and make very detailed video walk-throughs at each location for us. She would ultimately post her videos on her own You Tube Channel, so we could then watch (and re-watch) the full videos as much as we wanted. And, when we met in person, she made sure we had all the data we needed for each resale listing, as well as any new build home communities, in order to evaluate the information and make an informed decision. As someone who truly appreciates being able to have as much information as possible before making such huge decisions, Barbara did not disappoint. In sum, I would highly recommend Barbara Prinsell for anyone looking to buy, sell, or relocate anywhere in the greater DFW area.

We found Barbara on the internet and called called her in early April to help us find a house in Dallas. We are from the east coast and need to find a house, make an offer, and close all by May 21. Barbara made it happen. She was amazing. We looked - virtually - at several houses - we made offers on two - and were able to successfully close on the perfect house on time. Barbara drove by several prospective houses. Barbara helped arrange a virtual tour - zoom meeting to tour the house, assisted with the inspection, provided contractors to follow-up on inspection issues, helped negotiate a lower price and was there for us during the entire right up to closing. I cant recommend her highly enough.

I am back in the real estate market, looking to buy a house in the near future. I wanted to let everyone know that Barbara Prinsell is an AMAZING agent and person. I have both bought and sold houses with her as my realtor. When I was buying my first home, I interviewed many realtors, until I stumbled upon Barbara. I could tell she was very talented and honest right away. I have known Barbara for over 13 years, and she has become not just my realtor, but also someone I consider family. She is the type of agent that does what is best for the client. Barbara looks at the big picture, and bends over backwards to ensure that you find a home that is perfect for you in every way. Where to even start? With being a first time home buyer I confided in Barbara to help me understand every step of the process. From financing, inspectors, pulling the trigger at the right time and being completely prepared for the close process, I can say she does a fantastic job. I asked Barbara Prinsell to help me find a new home in the Plano/Frisco/McKinney area. She was personable, informative and professional.
