Ms. Barbara Washington is a great realtor. She was very nice, professional, patient, understanding, and resourceful when it came to buying our home. She showed us numerous houses without hesitation until we found the perfect home for our family. The house we wanted was not on the market and she went above and beyond to get it back on the market and closed in a timely manner. She made sure to keep us updated every step of the way. I would definitely purchase another home with Ms. Washington.

As a first time home buyer and owner, I had absolutely NO experience in the process. She is the most patient, kind and goes well out of her way to help you make this the greatest experience possible! Ms. Williams went over and beyond every step of the way and asked numerous times if I still wanted to move forward. Updates, explanations, and information was provided in a professional manner as often as needed. I am thrilled the process was quick with minimum stress. Closing in under 30 days with a VA loan wow!!
